I help people think clearly about their work—and design it so it supports the life they want to live.
Over the years, I’ve worked across consulting, facilitation, and independent projects, often in complex environments where there are many voices, competing priorities, and very little clarity. What I learned early on is that most problems aren’t caused by a lack of effort or intelligence—but by systems that were never designed intentionally.
My work sits at the intersection of clarity, structure, and humanity.
I use tools from Lean Six Sigma, systems thinking, and facilitation—not as rigid frameworks, but as thinking aids. They help surface what actually matters, remove unnecessary friction, and create ways of working that are sustainable, calm, and effective.
Outside of work, I live a slow, mobile life—spending extended time in different places, working in focused blocks, and leaving space for reflection, movement, and curiosity. Travel isn’t an escape for me; it’s a way to see patterns more clearly, to step back, and to design life with intention rather than urgency.
This site is a quiet home for that thinking.
You’ll find reflections, tools, and ideas here for people who want to:
I don’t believe in doing more for the sake of it.
I believe in doing what matters—and doing it well.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.
